Do you have what it takes to be part of the WCL team? We're always looking for top producers like our friend Paul Wall - grills are optional. It works like this:

1. Resume Submission
Use the link at the bottom of any page of the website to submit your resume using our online system. We'll confirm we got your resume within 48 hours via email.

3. Phone Interview
If we like what we see, we'll setup a 30 minute phone interview and then get back to you within 24 hours if you've been selected to come meet in person.

3. In-Person Interview
If you're made it this far you'll be asked to come meet with the management team at the WCL office. If it's a good fit, we'll transfer your license to our brokerage if you're already licensed, otherwise we'll setup an in-person meeting to get you started on your real estate classes.
